Some TV shows educate you and expand your mind in ways you’d never imagined. Some TV shows exhilarate you and take you breathless to the edge of your seat. Some TV shows move you to emotional highs and reveal the complexities of human nature in a myriad of technicolor glory. ‘Strutter’ will do none of the above.
Exclusive to MTV, the 5th episode hosted by foul-mouthed New Yorker Mike Strutter (aka Paul Kaye) continues to amuse, inform and educate…sort of.
In the words of Mike Strutter himself, “if clip shows were buildings ‘Strutter’ would be a public toilet – seriously filthy and always out of order”.
Using carefully selected and always shocking clips, Mike Strutter continues his cutting commentary on everything ranging from sporting mishaps to music clips which he rips to pieces with his outspoken and always offensive comments!.
‘Strutter’, Episode 5, includes his regular slots like ‘Mike’s Medical Miracles’ – with gruesome highlights including the man who mangled his foot under a lawnmower. In this week’s ‘Video Vault’, Mike delivers his no-nonsense verdicts on videos by top bands and recording artists the Stereophonics and Richard Ashcroft, and continues to advertise his brand ‘Struttergear’ – gadgets for the wanton individual who needs ‘relief’ from long dry spells during ‘work away’.
There is no end to the weird and wacky antics that continue to shock in this episode, with highlights such as, chain smoking monkeys and nipple ring nookie!
‘Strutter’ is bound to offend everyone. Unless you’re a close personal friend of Mike’s (we doubt he has any), a masochist, or someone who steadfastly refuses to grow up and act like an adult, we really don’t recommend that you watch it.
