Lauren Conrad and her ultra hip LA crowd return to MTV ONE for the fifth series of The Hills. It is Lauren’s final series as she decides to bow out of LA’s best reality TV show. But, before she says goodbye, there’s plenty of romance, arguing and partying still to be had.
The series kicks off with a bang when Stephanie gives Lauren the ultimate birthday surprise; she brings Lauren’s ex-best friend, Heidi, to her party. Lauren and Heidi both know that as long as Heidi’s boyfriend, Spencer, is in the picture, their friendship will never be what it once was. But could a tearful reunion bring them back together?
Last series, Spencer having seemingly grown up, put a stop to his quickie wedding to Heidi so she could have her dream white wedding. However, when a boys’ night out ends with Spencer hitting on a girl and gets involved in a full scale brawl, Heidi begins to wonder whether he is the cause of all her problems?
Meanwhile, after Justin finally told Audrina he wanted to settle down and she surprised everyone by leaving him, she has now thrown herself into the dating game and someone unexpected catches her eye. But is Justin really out of her life for good?
The Hills superfans can also tune into The Hills Top 10 Fan Favourites on Saturday 2 May from 4pm. Hosted by Audrina, the countdown reveals the viewer’s top ten episodes as voted for at mtv.co.uk.
