Season finale double bill

Season four of hit LA series The Hills comes to a close with one of the most anticipated episodes yet – Heidi and Spencer’s Mexican wedding.
Relations between Heidi and her family are at an all time low, so Spencer decides to whisk her away to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico for a relaxing break. But he has an ulterior motive. That evening after a few drinks Spencer asks Heidi if she’ll marry him there and then, forsaking her dream wedding and without her family and friends, in a move guaranteed to stir up trouble at home.
Caught up in the moment Heidi agrees and the nuptials take place that night. But when dawn breaks Heidi begins to realise that she has given up her big day for Spencer to get his own way. As the newlyweds return to LA, Heidi tells Spencer that despite initially agreeing to keep their elopement a secret she has to tell her mum, Darlene.
As expected Darlene is furious with the couple, and accuses Spencer of forcing Heidi’s hand. The marriage still has to be legalised in an LA courthouse and Darlene pleads with Spencer not to make Heidi go through with it.
But stubborn as ever Spencer leads Heidi down the aisle of the courthouse. The judge begins the ceremony and Spencer looks on as Heidi reluctantly mutters ‘I do’, and at last he shows signs of guilt. Will he do the honourable thing and stop the ceremony so Heidi can have the wedding she’s always dreamt of?
Meanwhile, unaware of the wedding furore, Whitney celebrates her new job at Diane Von Furstenburg in New York and packs her bags for her move to the East coast. And Justin takes Audrina to Palm Springs for a mini-break where he pledges his commitment to her over a romantic dinner.
