Welcome to Fist Of Zen, the gameshow that seeks to help wayward westerners find their path to enlightenment and win some hard cash along the way! Launching with a sneak peak double episode on Sunday 15th July at 9pm, each show will see a group of five male friends put to the test as they face ten gruelling tasks set by the Zen master.
Not only must each challenge be completed; and pain, discomfort and humiliation endured, but pure silence must be upheld throughout in order to secure that all important cash prize. Not easy when you're being winched by the crotch of your boxers onto a tall climbing frame or wedged between a naked fat man sandwich! Brain Freeze and 30 Second Onion Glasses are just a couple of other 'treats' in store for the unassuming participants.
The 1000 year old Grand Zen master himself, watches from afar through his magical fountain, offering the friends a few words of nonsensical wisdom. The final ritual is a, 'win all or nothing', nail-biter that can see the five lads emerge victorious and cash happy, or woeful and penniless.
