MTV proudly presents the exclusive first play of American rockers, Green Day’s, brand new video: Know Your Enemy.
The video of the first single from their highly anticipated forthcoming album, 21st Century Breakdown, will have it’s first broadcast simultaneously across 66 MTV channels in 162 countries, allowing fans around the world to be part of a global must see event.
Worldwide rock sensation Green Day; vocalist/guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, bassist Mike Dirnt and drummer Tré Cool, smashed on to the music scene with their 1994 album Dookie. Since then they have become the pop-punk voice that speaks for teenagers around the world. Their last album American Idiot topped the US Billboard chart, spawned five hit singles and countless award nominations, raising the bar for modern rock everywhere.
21st Century Breakdown has been three years in the making and MTV will be the first to launch Green Day back into the rock-stratosphere with the exclusive first play of Know Your Enemy.
