We operate a First Choice Place to Work initiative that was launched throughout the company in April 2001, to focus on areas like Diversity, Culture, Leadership, Communication, Employee Development and Welfare. It began with various forms of research throughout the regions such as employee questionnaires, away days and focus groups to gain an understanding of employees opinions about working here. As a result of the research, our regions began driving the initiative on a regional basis, with additional consideration to locality.
